Shipping & Returns Policy



The Product will only be sold in locations that are staffed with full-time licensed esthetic professionals and may include day spa/s, beauty salon/s, resort spa/s and medical practice/s.



A $25 shipping fee will be added to each invoice / $75 for orders shipped to Hawaii.



Product Dislikes

Consumers returning the Products because of “dislikes” is a function of recommendation from the Spa Partner. Partners accepting returns of the Products because of “dislikes” are eligible to receive a wholesale credit from Kaposah for up to 12 Products per year.

If Spa Partner requests credit for more than 12 Products per year, Kaposah will determine further action. Returned items are kept by Spa Partner. Manage returns at

Allergic Reactions

Spa Partners accepting returns of the Products from their consumers because of “allergic reactions” will receive wholesale credit from Kaposah. Returned items require a Consumer Reaction form to be completed with photos and returned to Kaposah. Manage returns at

Other Returns

Product returned for reasons other than noted above will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Products must be returned in resaleable condition. A restocking fee may apply. Manage returns at
